Came in today for the pure delight. The facial was great however I was a bit disappointed in the massage, it was more a back rub. Paying $255 for a spa package I would expect both the massage and the facial to be on point. It states in the description a full body massage, I was expecting a head and foot massage to be included in a full body massage as everywhere else I have been it’s included however it wasn’t today. It also states in the description to allow 120 minutes. I was welcomed into the room at 12:50 and my treatment started at 1pm I was out paying by 2:30pm so it roughly took an hour and a half. In my honest opinion I wouldn’t book the package again.

I had such a great experience with Scarlett for my skin consult. She was so knowledgeable, warm, friendly and gave great advice on products and recommended treatments without being pushy on spending a heap of money on my first visit. I am thoroughly looking forward to my first treatment with her.

Place clean and tidy. Staff friendly. Scarlett did an excellent job with full body massage and eyebrow wax and tint. Will definitely go back
