Overall I really enjoyed the experience, had a wonderful massage and facial with lovely products.It would be good if Vie Spa could accommodate for people living in a larger body, i.e. have a couple different sizes of robes available in the change room.

Great atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door. Was greeted by a gentleman who explained the process to me. Was very welcoming. First time here! Lots of great explanations given and I must admit, I was surprised at how relaxing it was. So nice. So nice, in fact, that I bought a three for two on my way out. Well done guys and see you soon.

Anne and Kayla are wonderful! I always get my eyebrows done there and anything else I may need, ball makeup, spray tans, nails... you name it! They are so wonderful, location is fantastic and soo much parking! Best spa place in Busselton for sure

Normally I love going to Crown, it's something I do often for small family get togethers.I have never found any problems or reasons to complain but on my most recent trip (January 2023) this was not the case.I dined at Atrium for a birthday lunch hoping it would be enjoyable, unfortunately that didn't happen I had a small issue with the variety of food, however this time it was the staff who were not helpful and forcing dinners out with misinformation about session times.I tried to inform the reception staff of this and they refused to hear what I was saying, instead they spoke over me and only after I paid they said my group could stay and enjoy ourselves a little more.At this stage what is the point. I will definitely be thinking twice before I done at Atrium again.
